Conference delegates and exhibitors can pre-book as many 20-minute meetings as you want, using this website – but don’t forget to allow yourself time for lunch. You can also pre-book meetings with any other UK exhibitors or conference delegates.
Meeting booths are provided or, as an exhibitor, you can choose to meet at your stand to showcase your technology at the same time.
Please note that meetings are not included in the day delegate package. However, UK day delegates can, if you wish, upgrade your booking to become a conference delegate and book meetings with UK and non-UK delegates.
Please note that the online booking facility is now closed however you can book meetings at the event by going to the helpdesk.
