Travel to Ascot Racecourse for pre-booked face-to-face meetings and visit showcase exhibition. |

Travel to Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, for UK Trade & Investment hosted/South East of England Development Agency-sponsored dinner. |

Travel to Cambridge by one of the following options:
• Direct by coach, arriving in Cambridge at 11:30.
• By coach, visiting the UK Photonics Cluster ‘EuroLED’ event, National Motorcycle Museum, Birmingham, and arriving in Cambridge at 17:30.
• Individual travel by rail from Egham via central London to Cambridge (rail tickets will be provided and delegates' luggage transferred separately to Cambridge).
In Cambridge or London, delegates will be free to organise their own private business meetings.
